ERISOL ROLEPLAY

▲: (human/highschool!stuck) Eridan Ampora, the new kid from Ireland, sat at an empty lunch table. He wore big rimmed glasses, a deep purple hoodie, and a blue scarf. His hair was a light brown and he had a blond streak going along the middle. His eyes were probably the most striking, his eyes were a vibrant purple shade. He had moved to your country because his father found a job at a fishing company. He poked and prodded at his food, not entirely hungry. His first half of the day didn't go too well for him, he was getting made fun of, and now you see him sitting alone, looking quite sad.

▼: Sollux saw the new transfer kid from a distance and he stared a little, trying to decide if he should go talk to him. He finally got up and walked away from his friends, ignoring Karkat's ridiculous shouting as he made his way over. He pushed up his super awesome 3D glasses and sat down next to him. "Hey...you that new kid from Ireland or whatever?" He asked, looking at him curiously.

▲: Eridan turned slightly to the boy and nodded, "..yeah that's me", his accent was very thick and noticeable even with very little words. He stared at sollux with his iridescent violet eyes, looking him over. He ran his hand through his hair, something he did when he was nervous, which he had picked up from his father.

▼: He blinked at the heavy accent, tilting his head a little in curiosity. "Wow that'th a pretty heavy acthent you got there." He chose not to grimace over his lisp. He was very used to being picked at for it at this point. He made sure his glasses were up as well, not wanting to give further reason for teasing due to his heterochromia. One eye was a deep blue, the other a bright amber. Upon closer inspection he noticed the other boy's eyes were from from normal too and he smiled a bit.

▲: "uh..yeah i know-w", Eridan cursed himself for stuttering his w, he hid it most of the time but it leaked out. He smiled a little anyway, his accent was what was making very few people not make fun of him. He noticed the boy had a little lisp and smiled, ah a fellow speech impediment cursed friend...er person. He smiled as he saw sollux smile. He looked back down at his tray still a little nervous.

▼: He leaned on the table casually. "Tho...how'th your firtht day going...uhm...thorry what wath your name again?" He asked, not remembering hearing a name from the rumors that spread around. He could tell that the boy, whatever his name was, was a little nervous. Maybe he hadn't had a very good day so far, the kids here could be assholes.

▲: "eridan ampora, an my day has gone a wee bit sour but i guess it could always take a turn for the better", he looked up at sollux his eyes meeting 3D shades. He offered a small smile to him before asking, "what is your name?"

▼: He smiled back a little. "Well hey there, ED. My name'th Thollux Captor. Nithe to meet you." He said, reaching out a hand for the other to shake. He looked back over to his few friends, all of who were looking at them curiously.

▲: "its good to meet you too", He took his hand and shook. He looked in the direction of where sollux was looking and saw a group of people, "oh...are those yer friends?"

▼: He nodded but turned away from their confused gazes. "Yeah...you know...you could come join uth, if you'd like?" He offered, looking into Eridan's violet eyes. Wow, he was really sort of cute, wasn't he...? Wow, okay, no Sollux, keep those thoughts hidden in a deep deep part of your brain.

▲: "oh...um you think they would let me sit with 'em?" eridan turned to sollux, getting a bit more nervous. He ran his hand through his hair again. He looked at sollux, noticing his teeth slightly poking out of his lip, ah so that is what made him have that adorable lisp...wait what. ok ampora stop being weird.

▼: He shrugged. "Yeah, why wouldn't they? Bethideth if they gotta problem with making friendth with the new kid, then I gueth they have a problem with me." He said matter-of-factly, leaning on the table a little to get a slightly better look at him.

▲: He chuckled slightly,"heh well alright if you say so", at the angle his face was, it allowed sollux to see a light dusting of freckles across his cheeks and nose.

▼: Wow okay, strike his previous statement. Not sort of cute, definitely completely adorable in every way possible. He's certain he blushed a little, and he got up slowly, trying to hide it. "Uhm..yeah tho..come on over. I promithe they won't be too incredibly douchey." He said encouragingly.

▲: Eridan laughed and smiled, getting up from the table. He grabbed his tray and followed sollux to where his other friends were seated.

▼: He walked over with the new kid in tow, glancing at his friends. He sat down, patting the seat next to him for Eridan. "Eridan, thith ith KK, thath GZ, TZ, and AA. Everyone, thith ith ED, the new kid from Ireland. Be nithe." He said plainly. Karkat gave him an incredulous stare and promtly introduced everyone with their proper names, explain how Sollux was 'a weird asshat who gave them all asinine nicknames'.

▲: Eridan smiled to them and repeated their names and their nicknames so he was sure he heard them right, "ok so, karkat:kk, gamzee:gz, terezi:tz, an aradia:aa...did i get them right", they all stared at him in shock at how thick his accent was. He smiled nervously, getting a soft blush on his cheeks, making his freckles a little more noticeable.

▼: He nodded, taking a bite of his food. "You're a natural, ED." He said between bites, giving him a small smile. He noticed how dumbfounded his friends were with Eridan's accent and he added on, "Tho, hith Irish accent ith pretty cool, if you athk me."

▲: He laughed softly and ran his hand through his hair again, his blush darkening slightly. Karkat just stared at him, gamzee said his accent was like a miracle somhow, aradia said it was okay, and terezi said she thought it was interesting.

▼: He laughed at all his friends responses. They were a strange group, but they were really close. He hoped that Eridan would become part of it now too. He smiled a little into his food at the thought. Karkat spoke up then, breaking him out of his reveree, "Sollux, stop blushing and smiling like a fucking idiot." This of course made him blush even more, now avoiding Eridan's gaze.

▲: Eridan blinked at the sudden outburst. He tried to get a good look at sollux but he was hiding his face. He bit his lip and looked at karkat before stating, "just 'cause someone smiles and blushes doesn't mean they're an idiot". Karkat just stared at him again but everyone else nodded and chastised karkat for being rude infront of eridan.

▼: He laughed a little and looked at his food. "It'th alright, ED. KK ith like that on a daily bathith. You get uthed to it after a while." He said, grinning coyly at Karkat, who in turn scoffed and turned to listen to whatever cackling thing Terezi was saying. He turned to look at Eridan, smiling a bit at him in a thankful gesture.

▲: Eridan nodded and looked down at his tray, his own blush spreading across his cheeks as he wondered why sollux was blushing. His freckles became more prominent. He looked up at sollux as he turned and smiled.

▼: Okay, he really liked this boy. God this was embarrassing. Come on Sollux, don't freak him out with your faggoty ways, as the jocks say. He tried to cool himself down, turning to his food once more and trying to tune out Terezi and Karkat's bickering. God, would those two just get together already...

▲: Oh wow, sols eyes are pretty thank god he didn't notice his glasses slipping down his nose. Gosh eridan was acting like a school girl, wondering why sollux only averted his gaze when he blushed and why he was being nice, boy he was overthinking stuff, oh god what if he isn't even a homosexual, ok stop ampora stop calm down. Eridan ran his hand through his hair again and began to half listen to kar and ter argue about something, he assumed they were together with how they argued.

▼: He scoffed at the two of them, noticing how Terezi cackled and Karkat bristled with anger. Gamzee was looking at god knows what, and Aradia was pretty emotionless as usual. He sighed a little, thinking about how fun she used to be before...He shouldn't think about that, how about he thinks about the gorgeous new boy sitting next to him...yeah, that sounded like a good plan, he thought with a goofy smile.

▲: Eridan chuckled softly at the arguing pair infront of them. Out of the corner of his eye he spotted sols hand on the table, next to his. He kept his eyes on kar and ter before he brushed his hand against sols. He felt a tingling sensation as he did so. He played it of like he was running his hand through his hair again.

▼: He felt the slight touch and blushed again. Dammit, he'd just gotten the heat in his face under control. He tried to play it off too, but failed, taking in a huge breath, and blushing so red he thought for sure the whole table would notice. He tried to eat some of his food, like nothing had happened.

▲: Luckily only eridan had really noticed, he leaned over and whispered in his ear, "you ok", He looked at sollux half knowingly and half concerned. He bit his lip as he waited for his response.

▼: He got a little more flustered as Eridan got even closer and whispered lowly at him. "U-uhm..yeah...just got a little jumpy...for thome reathon...ehehe." He tried to give a lame excuse, looking over to the other boy and oh wow... god he needed to get himself in check. They had only just met, for chirst's sake!

▲: Eridan smiled to him and nodded, his eyes darting to solluxs lips before he turned his head again. why did he want to kiss him? he just met him dear god ok calm down chill. Stop thinking about it, stop...but he is so cu- no stop.

▼: He lunch bell rang suddenly and he jumped, blinking away this thoughts. He looked over to the Irish boy, offering a small smile. "Tho uhmm...who do you have for the nexth period?" He asked, ignoring Karkat's grumble as he walked away, 'Sollux is so bad at flirting'. He blushed a little, but looked to Eridan for an answer. "I can thow you to your nextht clath?"

▲: "oh uh lets see", he pulled out his schedule and looked at the time, "i have chemistry with Mrs.Lalonde".

▼: He blinked a few times. "Ahh...Lalonde eh? The'th a hoot... C'mon, I'll walk you there." He said with a smile, standing up from the table.

▲: Eridan stood as well and dumped his tray with sollux. They walked together to the class. When they were about 3/4 of the way there eridan shot up his courage and took solluxs hand. if it didn't work out he could blame it on nervousness.

▼: He jumped a little in surprise and stared at their joined hands. "U-uhm...you're holding my hand, dude." He said, not knowing if the other had really meant it or not.

▲: "oh..uh", fuck did you read it all wrong? ampora way to screw up on the first day, "yeah i..i w-was just getting nerwous again", eridan looked down at his feet and let go of solluxs hand. stupid blush.

▼: He blushed brightly, looking away from him. "Oh.. uhm... don't be nervouth. You're totally awethome. You'll be fine. Bethideth...you've got me now." Oh god, that was cheesy and horrible, but Sollux was now pretty sure they were headed for romantic territory, and fast.

▲: He looked at sollux and smiled, "then i am set for life", oh wow cheesy, whatever. They reached the classroom and before sollux left to go to his class eridan discretely kissed sols cheek, "thanks", with that eridan walked into the classroom.

▼: Seriously his blush could not get any worse than it was right now. He stood there, smiling like an idiot for a moment before he realized, oh shit he had class to get to. He walked quickly down the hall, finding his room for his advanced calculus class and sitting down. He zoned out quickly, thinking of Eridan, it didn't matter though, he already knew what the teacher was teaching. Hell, he could run this class.

▲: The day went by rather uneventfully for both boys. Or it seemed like it since they were all each of them could think about so they missed most of everything teachers and other students had said. Finally the last bell rang and they were free to go home. Eridan had to ride his new bus since his dad texted last minute saying he was late at work. He climbed on.

▼: He and Karkat sat next to each other on the bus as they waited for it to leave. He sighed. "KK, do you think that new boy liketh me?" He asked, looking out the window. Karkat grimaced, messing with his iphone. "God, Sollux, you only just met the kid, you know?" He answered. Sollux sighed again and looked up "You're ri--oh my god it'th him."

▲: Eridan was talking to the bus driver, he chuckled at something and looked up since he felt someones eyes on him, he looked around but couldn't find the pair of eyes. He finished up talking to the driver and walked into the isle looking for a seat.

▼: He stood up promptly. "KK, move." Karkat looked at him incredulously. "WHAT? No!" He answered. Sollux glared at him, and Karkat sighed, moving over to the adjacent empty seat. Sollux waved at Eridan, leaning against the window and trying to act cool about it.

▲: He spotted sollux and smiled. His heart fluttered as he noticed he made kar move to
open the seat. Eridan sat down next to him and smiled toward him, "hey guess we have the same bus".

▼: He smiled even as Karkat continued to grumble. "Yeah, it theemth that way. I'm having lotth of luck today." He said flirtatiously, smiling even brighter at the Irish boy.

▲: Eridan chuckled and added his own joke which was a little more suggestive, "hm well maybe we both could get lucky", he smirked and winked at sollux. Wow having a crush brought out his confidence.

▼: Oh, wow...he was definitely hitting on him right now. He blushed and smiled even more, practically grinning. "ehehe...wow. Uhm yeah, I wouldn't complain." He said abashedly, looking at his hands in his lap.

▲: "i would do quite the opposite of complain which is basically...", he leaned in closer, "begging for more".

▼: He squeaked a little, blushing vibrantly. God, all of his blood was going to be in his face by the end of today. "O-oh...uhm...ehehehe." He chuckled, shifting in his seat.
▲: Eridan smirked and took sols hand and pulled out a pen. He wrote down his number. He kissed his cheek again and then felt the bus lurch forward.

▼: He stared at the number on his hand a few moments, not letting the ink touch anything, fearing smudging. He bit his lip and smiled, looking out the window.

▲: He smiled to himself, today went better than it started out, he made new friends, and a possible boyfriend. Karkat was heard letting out a groan, "you guys are like fucking school girls".

▼: He chuckled, ignoring Karkat's grumbling. "Tho...uhm, how wath the retht of you day? Not that thour?" He asked, looking at the gorgeous boy sitting next to him.

▲: Eridan grinned at sollux,"you could say my sour day has gotten extremely sweetened" he licked his lips as his eyes darted to the lips of the attractive boy next to him. gosh he WAS like a schoolgirl.
